To keep the colours vibrant, store your petals in a cool, dark, and dry place away from direct sunlight until you are ready to use them. Sunlight will fade the colours over time.

Your right to cancel an order begins when you place it and ends 14 days after you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple items, the 14 days run from when you receive the last item.

Once approved, you will receive details of where to send your return. You should return the items within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
You are responsible for the safe return of products, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel against loss or damage.
