To provide you with access to a broader range of products, some items may be delivered directly from our suppliers. This will be clearly noted on the product page – and any applicable delivery charge will be applied at checkout.

ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY

For products sent direct from Norman & Vera, our preferred courier is Royal Mail; however, in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to use alternative couriers. You will always be provided with a tracking number.

We regret that due to the prohibitive requirements for small businesses of the EU's General Product Safety Regulations and the Windsor Framework, we can no longer ship to Northern Ireland or European Countries.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Deliveries will be made by courier and will always be tracked, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.

If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually attempt to deliver again the next working day, leave in your safe place, or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred by us.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
• In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.
• Please note that whilst stock levels are live with the warehouse, all items are subject to availability.
• We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by our appointed courier.
