Occasionally, however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all our products except made-to-order items, jewellery, personalised items, and gift cards.
Your right to cancel an order begins when you place it and ends 14 days after you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple items, the 14 days run from when you receive the last item.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must request a return. To start a return, log in to your account at account.normanandvera.co.uk and select the order you wish to return.
Once approved, you will receive details from our supplier on where to send your return. You should return the items within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
You are responsible for the safe return of products, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel against loss or damage.
